I think that we should have free day Friday. Firstly I believe we should have free day Friday because we can use our initiative by choosing our own things to do. Also we can have a chance to show the teacher we are sensible and responsible by playing without the teacher's watching us.

Secondly we can have senior sports every second Friday all day. we can show you we have sportsmenship by letting others play. we can do rotation half an hour each because aybe someone might not like the game we are playing. Also we can get all the stuff out ourself because we want to play the games.

Lastly we can be outside all day which it would be better than being inside all day like we usely are because it's good to have fresh air. we can also play with different people. For this reason I think we should have free day friday.

People gossiping in the Rainbow light waiting for a meeting to start. The building is so tall as if it was a giraffe’s nick. The co boss is still not here. She rang the boss and said she would be late. She's here finally she has a coffee in her  hand for everyone. Oh no she's put it on her boss and her boss fired her.working here is like being in a playhouse it's massive. But everyone is so rude they don't respect me so I'm glad I'm fired  by. Is that true? Yes it is. So she went to get a new job. It was a zookeper. Sams fourite animal is a griraffe. she loves it.

This week in Te Reo Maori. We learnt the days of the week. From Monday to Sunday.  He aha tenei ra? means what day is it. And how you ansewer  you would say Ko ....................... tenei ra. That means the day is ...................

This week in maths we made 3D shapes. That LPG is 7  create nets for rectangular prisms.

On Tuesday  we had whanau day. I am in the kapa haka group so I performed on the stage. In front of all the parents. At 12.30 we had a hagi. On the Monday the day before I made the staffing. I made it with Sam. It was really fun. We used 25 loafs of bread. It was tiring. We mixed a hole bunch of different food in it.

This week in writing we did narrative writing. I use LPG 5. Here is what I write.

Mikayla and Bob went on a boat to get to the woods. They found a perfect place to camp. Bob wanted to be the boss and Mikayla got mad and stormed off. Mikayla her a sound. So she rushed back to Bob. Bob's saw  something. Mikayla and Bob were really scared. They saw a shark swimming in the forest. So they quietly walked  back. They did not want to get the Sharks attention. The shark saw them. Did they die or did they not ... How do we find out? Other people came to the woods and they found the bodies. So they did end up dying.

This week in my basic facts test I got a new high score. My LPG were 8 & 9.

In the addition I got 25 right that is all of them. In subtraction I got 25 again. In multiplication I got 21 right.In division i got 22 right. So all toghther I got 93 out of 100.This is my basci facts test.

The giraffe said to him himself I thought climbing up this tree was a good idea. until he herd a crack and said what was that. Carbuff he fall. He was screaming until he landed On a scale crocodile. The crocodile chased him in the water. The giraffe can't swim. Oh no he's going to die!!!  yeah he got away. But the crocodile bit his leg off so he could not run. So he had to hop. The giraffe hoped into a herd of elephants but the giraffe died. The herd of elephants ran away. But the giraffe was only joking he did not die. Because he wanted the herd of elephants to run away.

This week we did  persuasive writing. we could chose a lot of diffrint obshins.You also can agree or disagree.This is what i chose, Hurupaki school should change lunch from 12.00-1.00 to 12.30- 1.30.I disagree. Here is my writing.

I think that we should keep our normal lunchtime.  others might get hungry during the middle block and might not work properly.  

My second reason is the senior wont get as much time to do senior sports.  That would suck!  also we would have to have a longer assembily.  

My third reason is we would not have time to clean and everyone will be rushing.  the class will not be tidy.  Maybe the teachers will  make us stay in until we finish cleaning.  The bus people might be late .  That is my three reasons why we should keep our normal lunhtime.

This  week in writing i worked on persuasive writing. It is hard but after a few minutes you're get the hang of it.This is some of my writing I write. This is my story.

If you only have one uniform you will have to wash it every day after school. Uniform is really dear so if you lose it you will have to buy a new top. Also you can't always buy uniform in uniform shops. It is sometimes hard to find uniform. Kids  might want to look nice or want to were what they were in publik .People might want to create there own clothes to were. Kids might want to be unique . If you lose a muffti top you can were another one. you don't have to wash your muffti every day after school. You also don't  have to change  when you get home. That is my  opinion on why Hurupaki school should have muffti.

This week in maths  I worked on Place value to solve multiplication problems. Ari and I zoom past everyone in maths this week. here is my work.This is really fun.

This week in maths I worked  on repeated addition and skip counting.
for exapmle 5x7=  5+5+5+5+5+5+5=35 so you keep on repeating 5 then you count on like this 5,10,15,20,25,30,35, all you have to do is count in 5 so 5x7=35  we did this maths with miss hacket.

    This week in maths I worked on maths sheets. for example 6x5=30 then you would go 6x4=24 after that we went 6x6=36. 

I have worked  on writing LPG 26   I can publish using variety of media depending on the audience and purpose.     
I wrote the legon  off  Lake Ora  and I pubish it on my docs   i wrote  this story so i could put it on my art.
